Since the year 2000, Regal Industries Corporation has been installing coatings on Bridges, Highway Products and Industrial Structures, both at our facility just south of Pittsburgh PA and on-field locations throughout the eastern half of the United States. During this time, we have accumulated a very impressive work history of completed projects using only Thermion equipment. The value and trust that has accrued over that time has contributed greatly towards our success. Specifically, we have applied many different non-skid surfaces on temporary and permanent steel roadway surfaces including aggregated filled liquid skid resistant coatings. We have found that Thermion's SafTrax products and system to offer the best performance while being the most economical. When given the opportunity to install our choice or to recommend a reliable non-skid surface, we choose Thermion's SafTrax system.

Mantle manufactures aluminum marine gangways that have transition plates on both ends. These gangways have a lot of areas that require nonskid to ensure good footing. We have experimented with a few different tapes and roll on nonskid but were not satisfied with the products. Thermion's SafTrax TH605 offers both corrosion control and anti-skid all in one from its aluminum base with silicone carbides embedded within it. Dean Hooks brought a Thermion spray unit to demo to me, after seeing it I liked it so much I bought the unit off his truck. SafTrax nonskid has been easy to use and offers a superior nonskid product we can be proud to put on our gangways. We have been working with the crew at Thermion now for 25+ years and know we can depend on them to deliver products quickly and always with first-rate quality.

Northwest Steel Fab Inc is large fabricator located in Eastern Washington. One of the things our company manufactures is steel bar grating and we have found that the Thermion products have been accepted by engineers on projects over other non-skid products that were specified in the contract documents. Mainly some of the other products are hard to get locally or not available in our area. We received great feedback from the customer on Thermion and the owners were very happy with the strength, durability, and appearance.

Flamespray Northwest is the local source in the Seattle area for Metalizing of all kinds. For many years now we have had the pleasure of offering the SafTrax non-skid products to our customers. The TH604 is the workhorse coating used on docks, floats and transition plates on gangways. The TH605 is the preferred coating of the Alaska DOT for both pedestrian and vehicle traffic. The SafTrax products are the best offering in the market and can be applied to both Steel and Aluminum substrates. We have found that combining the SafTrax products with a topcoat of the Sherwin Williams Armorseal Rexthane sealer is a great combination.
