The SafTrax line of corrosion & slip resistant sprays for manufacturing facilities includes TH335, TH604, and TH605, which are Americans with Disabilities Act-compliant and exceed Occupational Safety and Health Administration non-skid requirements. TH604 is a tubular or cored aluminum wire filled with up to 46 percent of aluminum oxide (Al2O3) powder, whereas TH605 is tubular or cored wire filled with up to 46 percent of silicon carbide (SiC) powder. TH335 is a tubular or cored wire comprised of iron and packed with aluminum and carbon powders.
Developed to perform in extreme conditions, SafTrax coatings are ideal treatments for carbon steel, cast or ductile iron, aluminum, and stainless steel manufacturing or fabrication shop surfaces. Our coatings surpass NAVY/NAVSEA Military Specification No. 24667 testing requirements, withstand flexing, resist peeling and are not impacted by inclement weather or exposed sunlight. With a coefficient of friction of 1:1, they help curb slip-and-fall accidents by offering improved grip in wet or hazardous environments.

Common uses of SafTrax include forklift loading ramps, walkways, stairwells, vehicle ramps and scaffolding, among others.
Coating a surface with SafTrax products is easy and cost-effective. One-eighth-inch-thick wires are applied using a twin wire arc spray process. Mixing, curing or cordoning off areas for long periods of time is not required. It’s suggested to clean surfaces coated with SafTrax by scrubbing or pressure washing.
