Thermion goes to great measures to guarantee the quality of both its equipment and wires, SafTrax nonskid products are no different.  We purchased a cored wire mill specifically to make the SafTrax nonskid wires.  This mill is monitored 100% of the time it is running to ensure both the quality of our SafTrax wires as well as the content.  Our powders and strip are both sourced domestically in order to maintain our “Made in the USA” mantra.  Chemical composition certificates are produced throughout manufacturing for everything used in making the SafTrax nonskid product line.

Thermion is the manufacturer of the spray feeders used to apply SafTrax nonskid.  These spray feeders are used manually or mounted to a RMD-4 robot also invented and manufactured by Thermion.  There are numerous checkpoints from start to finish of everything made at the factory to ensure confidence in our final products.
